Huizhou Winpak Technology Co., Ltd was established in 1986 as part of Winpak Industrial Limited.  Our company specializes in plating of plastic automotive parts.  Due to expansion and the needs of our customers we set up a new campus in 2015 in the Huizhou – Bolo Longxi Plating park.

        Our new base is staffed by approximately 450 people,  in a 12,000 square meters plating facility,  with an additional 8,000 square meter molding facility.  This new base is located in a National Level business park with a high focus on environmental compliance.

        The target of our new facility is Automotive Plating,  both interior and exterior.  We have strict business operation procedures.  We are certified to numerous standards including: ISO9001,  IOS14001 and TS16949.  Our internal testing lab is well equipped with advanced Plating Thickness Tester,  Salt Spray Tester/ CASS Tester,  Thermal Cycle Tester,  Thermal Shock Tester,  Metallographic Microscope,  and full Metrology capability.  We have made a substantial investment in equipment and education,  to assure our customers outstanding quality,  for a long lasting relationship.

        Our capability includes ABS,  PC and PC/ABS blends,  and we do both single and double shot injection.  Our injection tonnage ranges from 30 to 1000 tons.  We provide a variety of finishes including;  high-gloss chrome,  satin chrome,  low-gloss,  Trivalent chrome,  Trivalent black chrome,  and brushed stainless.  We also provide turn-key service from tool building to finished assemblies.  Our current automotive customers include VW,  GM,  Nissan and SGMW.  Other long term clients include Phillips,  Panasonic,  Samsung and Foxconn.
